Plastic Surgery is a process where a human body is evolved by restoration, reconstruction, or alteration. Plastic Surgery can be mainly categorised into two such as reconstructive surgery and cosmetic surgery. Reconstructive Surgery is where treatment or surgery is done to hand, craniofacial or the treatment to burns. Whereas the cosmetic surgery is done to improve the appearance. Cosmetic Surgery is a unique method that is done to enhance or to improve the appearance. It mainly focuses on change or improvement of the human body with enhancing the physical appearance. Plastic Surgery is a process where a human body is evolved by restoration, reconstruction, or alteration. In cosmetic Surgery they commonly use Lipoclastic or liposuction

Plastic Surgery can be mainly categorised into two such as reconstructive surgery and cosmetic surgery. Reconstructive Surgery is where treatment or surgery is done to hand, craniofacial or the treatment to burns. It is a procedure to remake and re-established the harmed pieces of body back to its place. This process is used to recreate head, neck, and face after diseases by maxillofacial specialists and otorhino laryngologists

Aesthetic Medicine is term that specifies our focuses on improving cosmetic appearance by treatment for various parts of the body like scars, skin laxity, wrinkles, moles, liver spots, excess fat, cellulite, unwanted hair, skin discoloration, and spider veins. Non-Surgical Procedures is a practice that is done by limited physical signs and minimal downtime and mostly use traditional cosmetic procedures

Craniofacial surgery is a type of surgery that deals with skull and its related or associated structures like face, jaw, neck. It mainly involves in the treatment or manipulation of bone.  Acute and chronic sequellae of facial fractures, cleft lip and palate, micrognathia, Treacher Collins Syndrome, Apert's Syndrome, Crouzon's Syndrome are some types that are treated by craniofacial surgery.

 

Rhinoplasty is usually a nose job and it is plastic surgery procedure that is done for correcting and reconstructing the nose. In this there are two types of plastic surgery methods are used that is reconstructive surgery that will restore the form and also restores the functions of the nose whereas cosmetic surgery will improve the appearance of the nose. Otoplasty denotes the surgical and non-surgical procedures that are used for correcting the defects of the external ear, and for reconstructing a defective or absent external ear.

Hand Surgery or popularly known as Chiroplasty is a term which is refers to surgery of hand. The word "Chir" means Hand and "plasty" means surgery. It deals with both surgical and non-surgical processes that take place in the hand. Hand surgery is practiced by graduates that pursue general surgery, orthopedic surgery and plastic surgery.

Oral and maxillofacial surgery is a type of surgery that is done on face, mouth, and jaws. A maxillofacial surgeon is one who is specialist treating the entire cranio maxillofacial complex. Maxillofacial surgeons will require training in the fields like dentistry, surgery, and general medicine. Oral and maxillofacial surgery is mainly done in the field of dentistry. In many countries doctors who perform maxillofacial surgery should have both medical and dental degree.

Trauma surgery is a special type of surgery which uses both operative and non-operative management treatment to treat traumatic injuries. It is used for acute setting. They should have training in trauma or surgical critical care. The trauma surgeon is responsible for initially resuscitating and stabilizing and later evaluating and managing the patient.

Facial rejuvenation is a type of cosmetic treatment that is done in-order to restore back our youthful appearance to the human face. This can be achieved by any of the surgical and/or non-surgical procedures. This method mainly use laser light with high heat energy which destroys thin sections of skin. It uses a process where top layer is removed while underlying layers get heated up. This results in the growth of new collagen fibres which stimulates new skin growth that is much smoother. This process can be done by a plastic surgeon or dermatologist. This may treat us wrinkles around the eyes, mouth, or forehead individually or can treat an entire face.

In the current research it is   possible to operate patients with pathologies which were not previously happen. This led to the progress in anaesthesiology. The reduce in the overall cost had resulted in the exponential growth of plastic and reconstructive surgery procedures. There are some Anesthetic medicines availing in market these days which are local, regional, or general anesthesia or conscious sedation used routinely and allowing us to manage patients for short stay. Gender reassignment surgery is a type of surgical procedure that is done to any transgender person to change the physical appearance and function of their existing sexual characteristics which will be altered to resemble that socially associated with their identified gender. It is a part of a treatment for gender dysphoria in transgender people. Professional medical organizations have established Standards of Care that apply before someone can apply for and receive reassignment surgery, including psychological evaluation, and a period of real-life experience living in the desired gender. Feminization surgeries are surgeries that end in anatomy that's typically gendered female.

Skin color and being exposed to sunlight can increase the danger of basal cell carcinoma and epithelial cell carcinoma of the skin. Tests or procedures that examine the skin are wont to detect and diagnose basal cell carcinoma and epithelial cell carcinoma of the skin.

Pediatric cosmetic surgery is cosmetic surgery performed on children. Its procedures are most frequently conducted for reconstructive or cosmetic purposes. In children, this line is usually blurred, as many congenital deformities impair physical function also as aesthetics. Surgery is defined as treating injuries or conditions with operative instrumental treatment. Plastic is a derivative of the Greek word plastikos, which means "to build up" or "to take form".

Recent progress in cosmetic surgery has been rapid and lots of new techniques are developed. Reconstructive procedures have been advanced by a better understanding of the anatomy of the blood supply to skin and muscle, with the subsequent development of the use of axial flaps, musculocutaneous flaps and neurosensory flaps. Replacement joints are developed which will be utilized in hands for joints destroyed by arthritis or trauma. Craniofacial surgery is a new field of endeavour in plastic surgery
